According to patch notes, base storage units are currently causing a game-breaking bug, and are currently offline.  Bases with storage units currently cannot access the contents, but they're working on a fix.

The good news: we got teleporters. 

We'll keep an eye on the storage situation.  It should be fixed before we have the prestige available to get the units, but if not, we'll keep watching.
