Clothes Shopping Just Became Better

Thanks to Cap's player for pointing this out to me. NCSoft's assigned a dev to clean up all the costume issues and work exclusively on new designs/faces/etc. The first fixes are being worked out on test and should be live shortly. One of the first additions: the much-desired return of the old-style skirt.
