Base Improvements

As you've probably all seen, we've added the final round of improvements to the base, thanks in part to last weekend's bonus. 

Our base now includes the following:

*   Meeting room (the banners you see are the colors and symbols of our coalition partners, incidentally);
*   Teleporters
*   Three stages of buff constructors [more details follow]
*   Basic and advanced worktables
*   Salvage, inspiration and enhancement storage
*   Reclaimation chamber and robo-doc (adds health when you return)
*   Auto-doc (selling greens and blues).

Most of this, obviously, we already had.  However, please take a look at this list and think if there is anything else which you would like to see added to the base.  As of now, however, while we'll still continue to work towards opening the last stage of the auto-doc (incidentally, we're more than halfway to the last healing badge of 100 million heals - the gauge is a little misleading, since it doesn't appear until after 50 million points healed) we've got everything that everyone's asked for so far.

Re: constructors.  The stage of buff the constructor provides is indicated by the number of heads attached to the constructor - Stage III, the Supercollider, has 3 heads.  The good news is, there really is quite a number of very useful buffs available.  The bad news is, the devs say the constructors are bugged.  The design is for the upper stage buffs to stack, and the Stage 3 buffs are supposed to last considerably longer than they do.  As of right now, all of them last 15 minutes.  However, the devs do expect to get this fixed.  I'll keep looking for the fix on this.
However, when they ARE fixed - we have them.   

Re: worktables.  The buff constructors do construct SOME salvage units, but apparently do not recognize as much salvage as a worktable does.  If you want to construct a buff and the constructor says you don't have enough salvage, try the worktable.  Both worktables make the same items the constructors do (i.e., Tech Power, Tech Material, etc.) but recognize much more salvage. 

However, as of now, it's home sweet home.   Congratulations to all of you for an outstanding job and for working so hard to make this a reality.
