Seems to have been my month to be the bug pioneer. 

If you had a character who earned the self-resurrection temp power from one of the Winter Event missions who suddenly does not seem to have the power any more -- don't panic.

If you earned the badge/power during the first instance of the Winter Event, then logged out in the ski chalet area and logged back in during the *second* instance of the Winter Event (without taking the character out in the interim), there is a chance that this power will seem to have 'disappeared'.  It won't show on your temp powers list, and it will not show in your toggle tray, even if you dragged the power down there and used it prior to the logout.

While I don't know why this has happened, the solution is simple:  Take your character into the regular Pocket D or out of the Pocket D area entirely.  When the character zones, the power will reappear.
