This is one of those I should have posted long before now; in case some of you haven't gotten all this info, I'll leave it posted this date, though it backdates to <blush> Thanksgiving time.
The full list of benefits available is listed here.
As always, I'm not able to resist some commentary here. (Try not to faint.)

Costume Piece: Trenchcoats
Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
Very cool, and surprisingly, not as many Neoclones as I thought - perhaps there wasn't enough genetic material on hand to grow 'em.
Note throughout on costume tokens: I have used just one so far, with a character who had one regular costume slot and one created from Croatoa salvage. Unlike some of the past costume tokens, I did NOT receive a free change for each of the slots. I don't know if it's because I would normally have just one slot for that character, or because only one token is awarded. But it's something to keep in mind.
IMO: Save your vet reward costume tokens for AFTER you've run out of game-given tokens, which do seem to apply to all available costume slots.
One GOOD thing about the costume tokens: You don't get them until you claim them, so if you have a bunch of stockpiled ones you've earned in game or you have just a minor change and don't want to use a token, you don't have to claim it. It'll sit there until you do.

Costume Piece: Greek Alphabet Chest Emblems
Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
I guess the Greek letters will be useful if you want to do a Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure version of So-crates. Otherwise...well, I'm sure someone'll find them useful, but it ain't me.
Costume change token: See above. But freebie clothes = always good.

Haven't tried either the belly shirt or the kilt as of yet. I have heard some thumb's up on the kilt from various friends. And more clothes = always good. Ditto costume change token.

Temporary Power: CHOICE: Permanent Ghost Slaying Axe or Permanent Sands of Mu
Pre-Order Sprints: Rush, Dash, Quick, Surge
Base Item: Wall Mounted Weapon Displays
Here is where we get into some serious orders of sweetness and niftiness. You can pick the Axe or the Sands (which, for those of you who may not have gotten it yet via the BP mission, is the minor first-level Dark Melee punch attack) the minute you step out into the tutorial or your starting city and use it immediately. While you cannot slot it, it remains an additional attack, which will be a particular boon to those ATs who start life with very weak attacks. It's not game imbalancing, but it certainly does make life easier at the baby level to have that additional attack to cycle through, not to mention the potential to add to game concept.
But choose wisely. You can't undo your pick once you've done it.
Sprints: I originally read this and thought it was along the order of the Greek letters. I've been VERY pleasantly surprised. I may actually forgo expensive auras with some characters and just use the sprints instead, they're that good. And unlike the aura, if you start lagging horribly, you can turn it off. You do not lose access to the normal whitebread no-effects sprint, either.
Weapons: Another thing I looked at and went, eh. Maybe it's the female coming out here. As you can tell from looking at the base, however, I did revise my estimate. They look good as trophies, but they also look enough like a weapons case that it's usable as an apparent weapons cache. Fluff? OK, maybe, yeah. But it's *nice* fluff, and cheap to place. I won't gripe.

Costume Piece: Angelic Wings, Demon Wings
Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
The serious sweet and nifty continues.
Wings. Are. Awesome.
I have not noticed appreciable lag, although I would recommend, to be safe, that if you've got the capeless Hami-raid costume, that you not put the wings on that. Movement has improved and will, from all accounts, continue to improve. But they're just knock-your-eyes-out-awesome.
Note: Wings do not confer flight powers. You must have the flight pool for them to work, however, they will move and flutter if you jump.
I have not yet tried creating a character with wings, but AFAIK, you can pick this option right in the original character generator.

Costume Piece: Samurai Armor
Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
I haven't tried the Samurai Armor myself, but I have gotten to see it. Cap and Jack's players have both used bits and pieces of it, and I've seen a few truly gorgeous applications in Icon. There are several pieces to the armor, so this is more than it appears on the surface.

Costume Piece: Shoulder Cape

Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
The shoulder cape, neat enough, is claimable out of the generator - yes, you get a cape (of sorts) before 20. Note: You cannot get the cape to change to SG colors. However, it's a neat little option and the drape's unique.
Like the costume token, the respec token waits until you claim it and does not interfere with freespecs or earned respecs. Enjoy!

Prestige Power: Emergency Base Teleporter (long recharge item that teleports you to your Base)
Base Item: Posters of the City of Heroes Comic Covers
Veteran's Titles for Level 15 characters
The base teleporter: INCREDIBLE. Couple that thing with your Pocket D teleporter, and you will never, ever have to be a level 5 stuck in the back of the Hollows again. Ever. I cannot say enough good things about this. Not game-imbalancing; it's just a pure convenience.
One and only drawback: If you get booted out of the base by the bug, you end up where you were before you teleported. But that's to do with a different bug and not the power itself, obviously.
Posters: I'd prefer it if we could do posters of our characters, somehow...but these aren't bad. Wall art being as limited as it is, it's something to tack up on the walls. You can see them yourself in the teleport bays.
Vet titles: This is a nice touch. Just a nice little QoL feature people have been asking for - I'm glad they've listened.
This is the end of the ones I've gotten to claim. Cap's player's a little ahead of me here, so we'll give you what we can.

Costume Piece: Anime-style tech armor
Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
It's called anime style armor but it actually looks like a cross between the Justice pattern of armor from the Good v Evil package and the Crey Tech armor - a little sleeker than the latter, not as wing-detailed as the former. I actually haven't seen much of it, myself.

Costume Piece: Signature Group Chest Emblem (Freedom Phalanx, Vindicators, Vanguard, Arachnos, PPD, Cage Consortium, CoT, Council)
Costume Change Token given to all characters on account
Base Items: Hero: Scirocco's Sword, Ghost Widow's Cape, Black Scorpion's Armor, Captain Mako's Tooth, Lord Recluse's Helm, Hamidon Goo. Villain: Positron's Helmet, Synapse’s Goggles, Numina's Cape, Sister Psyche's Belt, Citadel's Brain, Manticore's Bow, Statesman's Faceplate.
This is Cap's current level - he'll be upgrading in another couple of weeks.
Chest Emblem: I can see where this could work with character concept, definitely.
Base Items: We have a couple of these in the base now - Ghost Widow's Cape and Scirocco's Sword. They're in the conference room if you want to take a look. These are more classic trophies than the weapon racks were - not as useful, but eh, more decoration = always good, too.

Power: CHOICE: Permanent Nemesis Staff or Permanent Blackwand
Respec given to all characters on account
Note, there aren't very many people who have gotten to this level; we're fortunate that we have some people who will be among the first to claim it, so we can find out about the goodies first.
However, both of these powers, as temp powers, were ones that I was *really* bummed about giving up - they were both useful and just plain cool.
I'll give you the info that's on the site here:
Here players get a choice. Player characters can select one of the staves that Nemesis gives his troops, or the awesome Blackwand, as a prestige power. These began as temporary powers players could earn for completing certain missions. Now they can become permanent parts of player characters, like the Ghost Slaying Axe and the Sands of Mu from the 12 month reward.
The Nemesis staff is a steam-powered staff that shoots bolts of energy that deal damage, knock back foes, and may stun them. Damage: Moderate. Recharge: Long. The Blackwand is a black metal wand that feels cold in the hand, and glows with dark arcane energies. When used by those skilled in magic (i.e. of Magic origin), it increases the potency of its attacks. Damage: Moderate. Recharge: Long.

Base Item: Arachnos Flyer (Villains), Longbow Chaser (Heroes)
Power (Choice): Demon Pet, Clockwork Pet, Red Cap Pet, Rikti Monkey Pet, Robot Pet
This is the one Cap's been waiting and drooling over. We should have room in the base by then for the Chaser (one of those little helicoptery things the Longbow buzz around in). The pet is a noncombatant, but apparently just wanders around after you. The link to this badge shows what the pets look like and some animations.
I don't know of anyone who's claimed this one yet. Three guesses as to which one Cap's going to get.
Although, the first time that Rikti monkey slings poo at someone's going to be its LAST time around, I tell you.
Overall, like the powers in Good v. Evil, there's nothing game imbalancing and a lot which just adds to the pleasure of playing the game. Big, big thumb's up overall on this - what's been provided is precisely what vet rewards should provide: something which gives the game a fun little extra twist for those who've stuck around without making it horribly difficult for everyone else.
Oh, and to find out how much time you have, log into your PlayNC account - there's a section there that tells you how much time's accumulated. For those of you who have been on-again, off-again, the time *is* cumulative, not just the longest stretch you've done.
Cheers!
