Base Updates - Pinnacle and Liberty

Pinnacle:
We're working on the healing badge for Pinnacle this week. This enables us to have an autodoc for the infirmary (woot!).
Also, we're interested in figuring out who'd like to run task forces Pinnacleside, and when we could run them. Please let me know at @lionors when a good time would be. Obviously, this won't be done until after we get the autodoc in, but I'd like to get an idea in mind.
Liberty:
Funds we accumulate now are going for the purchase of a turbine generator, which is the next step up from the basic generator and circuitbreakers we have now. The generator has been constructed, but will cost approximately 1.2 million to place. Currently, we're a little over halfway there. We are being told that I-11 is going to see some new base goodies (which hopefully won't be put off again and will [again hopefully] be PvE baseworthy); however, without more power, we will not be able to implement them. With luck and hard work, we can get that power installed before the next issue, and be ready to rock and roll with whatever they have.
